Shipping Information
Once your payment has been confirmed, we will dispatch your order within 1–2 business days.
Please note: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be sent on the next working day.
If there is any delay for other reasons, we will notify you in advance via email.
Pick-up Option (Auckland Only)
If you’re based in Auckland, you’re welcome to pick up your order from our store.
Please email us in advance to schedule a pick-up time.
Most items are available in-store. You’re also welcome to shop in person, but do let us know ahead of time when you plan to visit.
Returns & Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged or there is a quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the item.
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
